Old maps suggest that this was built in the mid-1970s on the site of a small car park. That had been there since the 1950s at the awkward junction with Cross Street, straightened out by this development. The ground floor appears to be vacant or is being refitted. No 38 on the left appears to be an employment agency called Concept. The view is from Chancery Lane.
