You make a hole in the side, near the bottom, then you knock each layer of bricks off the top and down the chimney, and they spill out at the bottom, into a skip if you can get a skip into the space beside it. This is - or rather was - part of the dark grains plant operated by CoRDe - the Combination of Rothes Distillers.
