Small memorial commemorating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012. It also commemorates local celebrity Jeremiah Dixon (1733-1779), surveyor, cartographer and astronomer, together with his elder brother George Dixon (1731-1785), inventor and coal owner.
