Beside the path from the cafe to the garden entrance. Filipendula vulgaris is commonly known as dropwort or fern-leaf dropwort, and this probably the variety "Mutliplex". There was no label near this one, but I found a very similar plant elsewhere in the gardens with that name on the label. See Image for a closer view.
