Very similar in style to, and of the same date as another house Image just the other side of the library. Old Calabar was also built around 1865, and Category B listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200341182-lundin-links-15-crescent-road-old-calabar-leven-kennoway-and-largo-ward#.WytPyadKhPY in 1984.
