Named after politician David Lloyd George, the hall was built in 1912 with a theatre and dance hall on the top floor and Liberal Club rooms below. Now it's a bar and restaurant, but still with live acts. http://www.biggleswadehistory.org.uk/research/establishments/georges-hall/ The Golden Pheasant is an old pub dating from the 18th century.
