The Great Western Railway main line looking south with the next station being Bath Spa. Seen from the bridge carrying Sydney Road over the lines. The bridge itself is listed and is described by Historical England as "part of the exceptionally picturesque sequence of railway structures driven through Sydney Gardens, relating to the outstanding GWR mainline from London to Bath".
