Warehouse accommodation extending to 9,203 sq ft. Benefits from office accommodation and mezzanine space extending to 3,240 sq ft. Prominent city centre location. Suitable for a variety of uses subject to planning.” I have no connection with the property and cannot enter into correspondence. There are still a few wholesalers left in the city centre but only a few.
