The building bears the inscription "BIPSL Branch 37". Another contributor helpfully explains this as "Bradford Industrial & Providence Society Ltd" founded in 1887 and which later became the City of Bradford Co-operative Society Ltd. In 2010 it was occupied by "Sakhi Baba" but is now a clothing store called Aemans.
