- Pillbox (type FW3/24): DoB ID: S0000225 Another type 24 pillbox that is unusual in that it's positioned in a field close to the main road, and some distance away from the canal facing west away from it. It would normally be expected to face eastward, but not unusual, as canal defences were often required to defend in opposite directions to others, in order to maximise the covering fire to other positions.
