A group of 4 dwellings, built c.2017. The use of weatherboarding and cedar shingles, although not typical vernacular for local housing, reflects the buildings that these houses replaced, a set of late 19th century mushroom sheds which were of timber construction. The brickwork also reflects vernacular, if not local, style, imitating English bond.
