Christow Bridleway 4 runs between trees and bushes for the 80 metres before reaching the farm buildings. On the right is the signpost indicating its passage across the adjacent field, although the presence of cattle there means that the horserider - and indeed the walker - might deem it more sensible to stick to the farm road to connect with the nearby lane.
