A former riverside Hotel, which was sold off as flats around the time of the 2015 floods. Many are now residential; but some others are available as holiday rentals. The road signposted as NO ENTRY is the A93 from Aberdeen; off right is an access over Ballater Bridge to the South Deeside Road (B976).
