The white building sailing across the bottom of Trinity Street is Millennium View, a student accommodation block completed in 2017. The red and grey building to the left is Burges House, a former office block converted to student accommodation. To the right is a mock-timber frame black and white building dating from the 1930s and housing a Wetherspoons pub. The buildings visible lining the left of Trinity Street also date from the 1930s, when Trinity Street was constructed after the demolition of an area of narrow streets of old timber-framed buildings.
