Part of Hull Fair, which occupies a 16-acre site along, and to the east of Walton Street for eight days in early October each year. For the rest of the year the site is largely empty, apart from use by the park-and-ride service, a weekly car boot sale, and as a car park for the adjacent KC Stadium.
