The statue of Brian Clough, Nottingham Forest's most successful manager, stands at the bottom of King Street, looking towards the Old Market Square. In the background is Queen's Chambers, one of the best-known works of Nottingham's most flamboyant Victorian architect, Watson Fothergill.
