A striking collaboration between "visiting Greek artist Insane51 and British artist Fanakapan" https://londoncallingblog.net/2017/08/12/insane51-fanakapan-at-upfest-2017/ on West Street, photographed from an Airport Flyer. If you think it looks blurred, that's because it's supposed to: "a surreal out-of-focus image of Insane51 emerging through the building whilst sipping from a crumpled can of drink and wearing an inflatable Flamingo". That's Halfords on the left.
