According to London & Continental Railways Limited http://www.lcrhq.co.uk/our-business/piccadilly-gate-manchester/ "Once known as Rail House, Piccadilly Gate is a 10 storey, 125,000 sq ft office building located adjacent to Manchester Piccadilly Station. In 2009, £25m was invested to overhaul the building to provide a modern, energy efficient BREEAM Excellent commercial space. This included the complete stripping out of the building and refurbishment of all floors and construction of a new external facade. The building is currently fully let to Government departments, including Highways England."
