I found the wording interesting on two accounts - the geographical link and the spiritual content, so it will be quoted in full.... In affectionate remembrance of William John Bufton author of "The Ramblers Illustrated Guide to Llandrindod Wells." Eldest son of Evan & Eliza Bufton late of London House, Llandrindod Wells who died June 4th 1897, aged 25 years. Short was the summons that was given To call thy ransomed soul away To join the glorious hosts of heaven In the bright realms of endless day. "Be ye also ready".
