St Anne's quarter is a new riverside development on the site of St Anne's chapel and St Anne's Wharf comprising 437 new homes, 22,000 square foot of commercial space ,a central plaza area along the riverfront with a landscaped open space and the renovation of the Grade 2 listed late 16th century Howard House.
