Demolition of the former tobacco warehouses began in summer 2017. The two blocks facing Wollaton Road have gone, leaving just one. The site is to be redeveloped by Nottingham University. A Nottingham City Transport No 30 bus from Wollaton is heading for the city, terminating at Victoria Centre.
