Originally this building, which is situated at 237 King Street > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5765754 used to be the Albion spinning mill, built in 1837 for making worsted silk and mohair. It was then converted for making confectionery until 1934, and for many years served as the RJ Read Woodrow flourmill. After the business had closed in 1993, the building stood empty for a decade until it was finally sold in 2005 and subsequently re-developed into apartments by the PJ Livesy Group.
