This young oak tree (Quercus robur) is self seeded - as far as I know - there is no sign of a Tuley tube Image Let us hope that it survives the moment when this section of the Montgomery Canal is got ready for boat access some time in the future. Looking at recent "upgrading" https://www.geograph.org.uk/gridref/SJ3024?submitted=2007-09 it will have a tough time!
