The new Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology building was formally opened by the University Chancellor, Lord Sainsbury of Turville, the day before this picture was taken (see https://www.cam.ac.uk/news/new-home-for-department-of-chemical-engineering-and-biotechnology-officially-opened ). This is the east side of the building.
