A former warehouse which was converted into offices. In May 2012, it had been taken over by Manchester International College Image but it seems their licence was suspended in 2014. Now the building is tenanted by the vocational Training business Option Skills Ltd http://www.options-skills.co.uk/options-skills-manchester-electrical-gas-training-centre/
