A house and offices on Farmer Street. The house facing the parked car is Rufford Lodge that was designed and built at the behest of Sir Thomas Parkyns of Bunny Hall, Bunny. Stafford House, a former barn, now houses commercial offices. Collectively the buildings date from the early and mid C18, with conversions dating from c.1985. Farmer Street curves in a C shape - in both directions - to provide two access and exit points from the village onto the A60 (a.k.a. Loughborough Road).
