The former Nambarrie tea warehouse is back on the market. The agents’ description includes “The subject is a four storey building of red brick construction dating back to 1959. It was formerly used as the Nambarrie Tea factory and offices in Belfast city centre. The property benefits from significant frontage onto both Victoria Street and Waring Street and lends itself to a wide range of uses, including hostel, luxury apartments, student accommodation, boutique hotel, office refurbishment or leisure facilities (subject to planning)”.
