A town centre public house located on the corner of Yorkshire Street and Hunters Lane. Shortly after this photograph was taken the pub was refurbished. It also changed its name to Town Hall Tavern - the Town Hall being very nearby. Image This photograph was taken in difficult circumstances in very heavy rain. It proved impossible to keep the rain completely off the camera lens so quality has suffered. However there is no other photograph of this pub on the site and it is impossible to rephotograph because of the name change.
