Built in the mid 19th century as a pair of shops, and converted to a single unit in the late 20th, the whole building was given a Grade II listing https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101254710-30-pride-hill-shrewsbury#.WssNifnwaM8 in 1972.
