Until 1976 this was a working railway connecting Stratford with Cheltenham. It is now used as a cycleway and footpath - part of the Stratford Greenway. That could all change if plans to reinstate the railway come to fruition - there is a proposal to run trains south from Stratford to Honeybourne.
