Clunton and Clunbury, Clungunford and Clun, Are the quietest places Under the sun. Housman's lines from 'A Shropshire Lad', published in 1896, have immortalised this village and its Clun valley neighbours. Clungunford is, in fact, the furthest downstream of the four. This view shows the B4367 outside the church with some daffodils on display - sadly the weather had yet to catch up with this expression of spring. The bus stop is used by an infrequent Knighton - Ludlow service.
