This is Apple Tree Cottage, a row of three Bowood estate cottages, now one dwelling. Built in the early 19th century and listed, grade II, with details at: https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1254160 In the words of Historic England "The thatched cottages of Sandy Lane are an outstanding example of an estate village in the picturesque manner."
