The Canal and River Trust is taking a more pro-active stance on this kind of thing than the BWB used to. Unlicensed vessels and derelict eyesores dumped like this are reported by volunteer spotters, and removed. Hopefully the owners are found and made to pay costs, but that is difficult when all identification has been removed.
