On Brighton Street, this branch of the German discount supermarket chain is the second in the Hull area to be built as a larger replacement for an existing store. It replaced one on the other side of Hessle Road (Image) the roof of which is just visible in the distance to the right of the new building here. The site was previously used for a succession of car dealerships, and before that, a filling station.
