All that remains of the former house is this garden terrace and a Image at the far end of the terrace, which may have been a lookout for the residents of Walmer Place. The house was built in 1901, demolished in 1966 and replaced by Palmerston Court http://www.walmerweb.co.uk/history/walmerplace.html Some of Palmerston Court’s apartments can be seen beyond the terrace.
