Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application numbers DOV/16/01208 for the “change of use of first and second floors to hotel accommodation (use Class C1)” and DOV/17/00136 for the “erection of a single storey rear extension, replacement railings, installation of a kitchen extraction system and flue to rear, 3. roof lights, insertion of new windows to rear first and second floors, and replacement doors”. This was the Image after the alterations had been completed.
