This piece of digital art is called O.T.968 and is designed by Stefan Reiss. It is part of a new initiative by Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure and Space Studios called the Lab Central Arts Programme, with funding from the Arts Council England Libraries: Opportunities for Everyone Innovation Fund. The launch of the artwork was marked with three performances from Cirque Bijou, a group of people carrying illuminated umbrellas parading the streets of Ilford and who featured in Lumiere London (see Image). Looking north-northeast.
