Foundry workshop of c.1857 built as an extension to no.99, Listed Grade II. No.99 is the building beyond, gable to street, and is the original foundry built for Matthew Murray https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthew_Murray in 1795-8. As such it is deemed to form part of the first integrated engineering works in the world. Listed Grade II*.
