Viewed here from the southwest corner of Albert Square, Manchester Town Hall is a stunning Neo-Gothic building, completed in 1877. It is a Grade I listed building (Historic England List entry Number: 1207469 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1207469 ) and the Town Hall Extension, completed in 1938, is Grade II listed.
