Both Grade II listed. The Bear dates to the late 16th century, and is mainly timber-framed, listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101075945-the-bear-inn-berkswell#.WpO72vnFKM8 in 1952. The K6 phone box is somewhat more recent, and was listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101393353-k6-telephone-kiosk-berkswell#.WpO74_nFKM8 in 2009.
