The farm road leaves the B1260 heading north. The B road leaves Houghton-Le-Spring named apparently as Gillas Lane but enters Seaton, lying to the right in this image, as Seaton Lane. The notice suggests that unexpected visitors to Pacific Hall Farm would not be particularly welcome.
