This is Waterglade Retail Park, on the corner of West Avenue and Old Road, taken from the Old Road side with a view of Morrisons (the first in the row of stores) and the foundation stone. It reads: "This stone was laid to commemorate the completion of the Waterglade Retail Park. 22nd April 1988". Morrisons was originally a branch of Safeway prior to Morrisons buying the company in 2004.
