This neat looking building stands on the corner of Eastgate and Star Street. It was originally built as a bakery for a gentleman name of Alex Hepburn. A logo inscribed on one wall combines the date of the building (1932) with the initials A H & S ( Alex Hepburn & Son) in an art deco style. They had a shop on Well Street. It remained a working bakery until the late 1990s (My thanks to Don Gillespie for this information). From 1998 to 2012 the building was the offices of Cult Heroes Ltd.
