Bridge usually ascribed to Thomas Telford, but Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) gives architect as John Stevenson, 1791, with details influenced by Robert Mylne, who designed the screen on Front Street Inveraray with similar blind circular recesses. Image
