The station serves what is today known as the Chiltern Main line with services operated by Chiltern Railways. Currently this is a subsidiary of the German national railway operator Deutsche Bahn. The main line runs between London Marylebone and Birmingham. Bicester has a second station Bicester Village on the Oxford to London Marylebone line.
