Development under way at the Category B listed [http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB33816] former Glasgow Corporation Cleansing Department building at the corner of Bell Street and Watson Street. Lowther Homes are converting the derelict building into 52 mid-market flats for social rent. See [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3814058] for a view of the building without the scaffolding.
