A residential street running parallel to and leading off the seafront in a U-shape. Both ends of the street lead to West Road. This photograph was taken looking up the western half of the U. Selsey Avenue intersects the street here (which is why you can see the sign); it runs along the seafront to the south-west (that is, to left of picture). Picture taken from promenade, with the beach immediately behind me.
