Alongside the B4262 Heol Isaf at the southern boundary of Radyr, a suburb of Cardiff. The sign shows that Radyr & Morganstown are twinned with St Philbert de Grand-Lieu (France). Viewed in January 2018. The English/Welsh sign has replaced the English-only sign seen here https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4372982 in March 2015. Morganstown and its Welsh equivalent have been added.
