The name Llysfasi is derived from Llys Masi - Massey's Court. It opened as an agricultural college in 1911 but in recent years it has "diversified" and offers courses in IT, Child Care, Languages, Small Animal Care and Health and Beauty http://www.llysfasi.ac.uk/English/history.htm
