View east on busy Wimbledon Bridge: the white building on the left is the terminus of the London Underground District Line from Earls Court, thence Embankment and East London, also Kensington High Street and Edgware Road. The main line station - to the right, is of course on the ex-L&SWR main line to Waterloo. This very cramped entrance has been much improved in recent years.
